Easy to Install
Shipped fully assembled, wired, and tested from our factory, the system requires only electrical and compressed air with minimal on-site assembly.
Easy to Operate
From initial setup and formula entry to automatic run during production, the Touch Screen interface has been programmed to make it easy for production personnel to use the system and monitor performance.
Easy to Maintain
Down time is very expensive so our system has been designed to require a minimal amount of maintenance. When it is required, our design makes it as easy as possible to perform.

2. The controllers, valves and such are all made from standard components readily available in the aftermarket.

Features
Up to Six Colors
Normally configured to draw from four pigment sources. Optional 5 or 6 source configuration is available.
Multi-Blend Operation
The operator can load up to four blend formulas for each mixer.
Multiple Fill Rates
INDUSTEC’s unique metering system combines fast fill rates with very accurate results. The bulk of the material is added in fast fill. As the fill target is approached, the fill rate is reduced so that the last small amount of pigment is added very precisely.
Control System
The dispenser control system incorporates an industrial rated PLC and touchscreen display. The pre-mounted, pre-wired control panel is designed to stand up to harsh plant environments.
Accessible Feeders
The hinged lids of our vibratory feeders allow them to be easily opened for inspection.
Pressurized Discharge
The pressurized discharge enables the batching chamber to be rapidly emptied to mixers at distances of up to 150 linear feet.
Remote Signals
The dispenser accepts remote fill and discharge signals from a host machine and signals the host when fill and discharge cycles are complete.
Inventory Control
System totals the weight of all pigment dispensed in automatic mode, as well as amount remaining in the source super sacks. The system will alert operator when pigment available drops below an operator-set minimum. These total weights can be viewed, printed, or reset as desired.
Access Codes
Owner selectable access codes are available, if desired, to protect sensitive areas of dispenser functions.
Touchscreen Display
All system functions and parameters are accessed by simply touching the NEMA 4 rated touchscreen display. This display is protected from pigment, dirt and screen wear by an inexpensive, easily replaceable screen shield. The touchscreen display can be mounted remotely in an operator console.
